Remember that “twisted” Elbrus knee? Turns out it wasn’t just twisted. I’ve torn my meniscus and should undergo surgery. Hopefully it will be scheduled for next week and I’ll start rehabilitation soon. I’m tired of not doing anything and just getting fatter, because of not changing my eating habits.
Man, do I know how this feels. Mine was torn for quite a while and I could get no comfort. My boss told me I was a wimp and forced me to stand when it was killing me.
Eventually I got surgery and was fine in a few days.
