Torn medial meniscus

Remember that “twisted” Elbrus knee? Turns out it wasn’t just twisted. I’ve torn my meniscus and should undergo surgery. Hopefully it will be scheduled for next week and I’ll start rehabilitation soon. I’m tired of not doing anything and just getting fatter, because of not changing my eating habits.
