To sumarize the day in short: 2 hours bicycling, 2 hours working in the garden, 1 hour walking. That’s for physical.
I upgraded to WordPress 2.5 flawlessly. Everything works fine so far.
One thing I cannot figure so far is protein intake. I’m consuming everything as I think it should be, but in the end it turns out that the protein level is low and carbohydrates are high (actually they might be normal, just the protein is low). Probably I should add 1 or 2 protein shakes during the day?!?!
