Mount Elbrus seems one tiny step closer now. Nice. It’s been two days in a row with pretty good workouts. I hope tomorrow will be no exclusion from this.
Today’s workout started a bit later (19:20), so is tomorrow’s but I hope it’s a good thing to actually change the time of the workout.
Woke up this morning at 6, stayed in bed till 6:45 as I had to work from 10. Kind of lazy, isn’t it!?!
07:30 – Breakfast: bowl of oats with milk, added raising + ground seeds
13:00- Lunch: 3 boiled eggs, 100 grams milk curds, 1 tomato, 2 carrots, several olives
16:45 – Pre-Workout: 400 gr. yoghurt
20:20 – Post-Workout: 10-15 gr. honey
21:00 – Dinner: 2 eggs, 100 grams of milk curds with 1 teaspoon of peanut butter, 300 grams of cabbage and carrot salad, 250-300 gr. yoghurt
4 series leg lifting, 3 series ab crunches, 3 series back extensions – warm up
5 series seated rowing machine - back muscles
6 series negative angle bench press – chest
Finished with 4 series x2mins of seated rowing as cardio workout – this was a good thing that I could stand till the end of it, but I have to admit that I ‘cheated’ a bit. In these two minutes of “rowing” every now and then I’d stop for a ‘second’ to take a rest (maybe once or twice for the whole 2 mins).
