18th march – today is Monday…
OK, for everyone – today is Monday. I feel like Windows XP pre-SP3 – wrong days of week. Went to the gym and started leg workout. Somehow in the middle I remembered that I had to do back and chest… Anyways, I’ll figure out how to deal with it later, and start correctly next Monday.
By the way – this diet plan makes me feel heavy. I just cannot eat such quantities
. Not really a calorie counter guy, but maybe I’ll try to count for a few days – just to check what’s happening.
Somehow this day didn’t start as I expected it. Settled my alarm clock for 5:30, but really stayed in bed till 6 AM. We’ll see what comes up later. I just don’t have a good feeling about it.
06:45 – Breakfast: bowl of oats (with milk), raisins added, and some ground seeds (sesame, flax, pumpkin, sunflower)
09:45 – 2nd Breakfast: 400 grams of yoghurt
10:40 – Snack: 1 small apple
13:00 – Lunch: 4 carrots, 3 hard-boiled eggs, 150 grams of white cheese
15:30 – Meal: 400 grams of yoghurt
Workout: started 17:30 with 4 series of hanging leg lifts (15-12-12-10), 3 super-series of crunches and hyperextensions. This was a short warm-up. Then I continued with 3 series of hack squats (20, 3×12) and 3 super-series of leg press and leg curls. Then came my memory for the day, and I finished with 5 minutes of elliptical (didn’t know what to do and felt confused). Overall: wasn’t that bad, my muscles feel extremely tired now.
19:00 – Dinner: 250 grams of baked white cabbage, 125 grams of milk curds, 200 grams salad (white cabbage, carrots with some balsamic vinegar and olive oil).
