1 May – legs

I did a quick jump to the gym today. The next 5 days are official holidays in Bulgaria, and my cousin is getting married tomorrow, so I don’t have much time for workouts (preparations, meetings, etc.). But I managed to do it today – yupee :-) .

Today’s workout:

4 superseries of leg lifting and ab crunches;

4 series Hack squats;

3 series leg presses;

3 series leg curls;
